Endocrine care, wherever you are in Texas.
Board-certified endocrinologists for diabetes, thyroid, hormone and bone health. Start in person in Houston, then keep seeing the same doctor by video from anywhere in the state.
Can't get to Houston often? You don't have to.
Endocrine conditions need steady follow-up, not a long drive every three months. Here's how care works when you live outside the city.
Book your first visit
Schedule online or by phone at our Sugar Land or Memorial City office. Openings are often available the same week.
Meet your doctor
A full history, exam and any labs you need. Quest Diagnostics is inside both offices, so there's no second stop.
Get your plan
Leave with a clear treatment plan and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy you choose, anywhere in Texas.
Follow up by video

Frequently asked questions
Can I see a Texas Endocrine doctor by telehealth if I don't live in Houston?
Yes, once you're an established patient. Every new patient's first visit is in person at our Sugar Land or Memorial City office. After that, your follow-up visits can be by video from anywhere in Texas.
Is Texas Endocrine the same practice as Endocrine & Diabetes Plus?
Yes. Texas Endocrine is the statewide telehealth and access site for Endocrine & Diabetes Plus Clinic of Houston. Same doctors, same phone number, same patient portal.
Do I need labs before my visit?
Quest Diagnostics is on-site at both Houston-area offices, no appointment needed. If you live elsewhere in Texas, we can send orders to a lab near you. Try to complete labs about a week before your visit so results are ready.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major plans, including Medicare, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Humana and others. Please call to confirm your specific plan before booking.
Can I manage my CGM or insulin pump remotely?
Yes. Share your CGM or pump data with our clinic and your doctor can review it during a telehealth visit and adjust your plan.
